You can add as many additional pages to the forum as your require, it truly is unlimited!

Unlimited Topics, Threads & Posts

There is no limit to the number of topics, threads or posts that can be posted on your forum. the only consideration is that is you have a high usage you may require more bandwidth and sever space to keep your forum live. Don’t worry though, if your forum does become very busy you can upgrade your hosting package for a small additional amount.

Full Administrator Control

You can set up a multi-tear Administrator system granting additional ‘Admin’ status to users you select. You can then assign the relevant level of admin privileges you would like them to have. As the Master Administrator you always have total control over all other Admin as well as users.

Ban, Warn, Limit User Access

Via your admin panel you can ban users from the forum, suspend them or just warn them. There is also an IP blocking tool that allows you to ban permanent IP address from your forum - great for persistent trouble makers!

Turn On/Off Post Approval

This allows you to preview the post before it is shown of the open forum. Great for keeping tabs on new users or users that have been warned about their conduct. You can either approve or delete the post should you not want it to go public.

Set Up Custom User Groups

If you have the need to separate users by say location you could set up a South or West user group and assign users to the required group. This would also allow them to have their own sections on the forum for South or West.

Prune Inactive Users Automatically

This feature will allow you to delete users who are no longer active on your forum. You can select a time scale that users have been inactive and then delete them.

Private Message System

Your forum also has a private message system. When a user send a private message to another user, only this two users can access the message. If the message is abusive for example the user can report it to Admin and share the massage.

Similes & Emotions

Your forum support similes and emoticons so you can use these to brighten up your posts.

Multiple Attachments When Posting

You can upload and add multiple image/pictures to your posts. You can also select where on the post you would like them.

If you don’t already have a domain name we can register one for you to use for FREE. Simply search for a domain you like such as www.mydomain.co.uk by using our Domain name Checker, when you find one just let us know and we will register it. Your website will then be ‘loaded’ on to this domain for the whole world to see and admire!

If you would like a different extension domain name such as a .com .net , org for example we can register it for a small fee (the difference between the cost of .co.uk).

At the start of every project we assign a Dedicated Account Manager to handle all aspects of your website from start to finish. If you need additional services such as Graphic Design, Print or anything else the same account manager can handle these requirements to.

Sometime we all need help - that’s why we offer FREE email support to all our forum clients. Email support is available Monday to Friday from 9am until 5pm, outside of these hours email support is available by advance request.

Hosting

You will need a Hosting Package to get your forum/ chat room live - and keep it live. Our hosting packages start as from just £4.95 per month, should your forum become very busy you may need to upgrade to the next hosting package up. Don’t worry if you do ever need to do that we take care of everything for you, all you do is subscribe to the relevant package required.
